21-Day Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Challenge

Living in Choice: 3 Weeks of Intentional Growth

MAY 29 – JUNE 19, 2026

A guided journey to strengthen your capacity for self-compassion — through intention-setting, daily mindful practices, and the support of a small, interactive community.

OR...

One guiding personal intention.
21 days of practice in community.
A more spacious way of being.

What's involved?

By the end of this challenge, as a participant you will:

✓ Have identified one personal quality you want to cultivate (e.g., patience, grace, presence, calm, courage, openness, active listening)

✓ Have developed daily mindful practices you can use in your workday that support recentering and regulating your nervous system

✓ Recognize your stress signals earlier and have tools to respond with awareness rather than reactivity

✓ Experience self-compassion as a practical skill, not just a concept

✓ Feel connected to a supportive peer community practicing alongside them

✓ Have built momentum for continuing your practice beyond the challenge

What will you receive?

Why this practice — and why now?

Many of us are living through a season of remarkable change and demand.

For those whose work asks much — leading teams, serving communities, supporting family, navigating systems that don't always honor humanity —
if we're not invested enough in ourselves,
the cost of running on empty is high.

Self-compassion isn't a luxury.

It's a vital life skill

— for personal and collective wellness —

The inner ground that expands your capacity to keep showing up for the work and people that matter.

TESTIMONIALS

Dr. Tonia Burgess

I deeply appreciated the daily prompts, thoughtful questions for self-reflection, and the guided meditations and resources he shared. The Mindful Moments Community was engaging and created a safe, sacred space where I could express my individual thoughts and feelings without judgment. This community feels like a true gift in a world that sometimes seems to have forgotten its way. Humanity and heart are at the center of this offering.

Participating in this mindfulness and self-compassion program had a meaningful impact on me. The daily practices helped me slow down, notice my inner dialogue, and respond to myself with more kindness rather than criticism. I found myself pausing more in stressful moments — at work and in my personal life — and choosing compassion instead of self-judgment.

The program didn’t feel heavy or overwhelming; it felt gentle, practical, and deeply human. It reminded me that growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful. I’m carrying these tools forward in real, everyday moments — especially when things feel hard or busy.

Mindfulness Guide | Mindful Leadership for Collective Wellness, Equity & Belonging

As a certified mindfulness meditation instructor and team development specialist for equity and belonging, I guide leaders, professionals, and care-takers who are dedicated to serving others to cultivate mindfulness skills that reduce stress, strengthen connection, and build individual and collective wellness.

Drawing from 25 years of practice, I've developed a framework - called the C.A.L.M. Method™ - that helps to make mindfulness accessible and practical to slow down from the chaotic pace of busy professionals to act with greater calm, clarity, and connection. The emphasis is on compassion—especially self-compassion—as a key ingredient for sustainable wellbeing.

My purpose is to support leaders, caretakers, and change-makers who give so much of themselves to others, in order to find balance and renewal through mindfulness practices that benefit both individual and collective wellness.
