1.5 A Note on Sensitive and Wellness-Related Information
Unlike many digital learning platforms, our mindfulness programs may involve you voluntarily sharing personal insights about:

Responses to assessment questions about burnout, compassion fatigue, or self-compassion

Our Commitment to Your Sensitive Information:
Highest Confidentiality: We treat wellness-related information with the utmost care and confidentiality. Your personal breakthroughs, struggles, and health-related shares are sacred.
No Marketing Use Without Consent: We will NEVER use your personal wellness disclosures, assessment responses, or vulnerable shares for marketing, testimonials, or case studies without your explicit written permission.
Anonymization by Default: If we share general insights from our community (e.g., "Many participants report reduced stress"), we ensure no identifying details are included.
Your Control: You decide what to share and when. There is no requirement to disclose personal health information to benefit from our programs.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care: As stated in our Terms of Service, our programs are educational. If you're experiencing mental health challenges, please seek support from qualified healthcare providers. (See emergency resources in our Terms of Service.)
Legal Note: While we handle sensitive information with care, this data is not subject to HIPAA protections as we do not provide medical or therapeutic services. However, we apply privacy best practices as if it were protected health information.

Active Accounts: As long as your account is active or you remain subscribed
Course Access: For the duration stated in your purchase terms (lifetime access, 12 months, etc.) Plus a reasonable period afterward for customer service
Financial Records: 7 years for tax and accounting purposes (IRS requirement)
Marketing Lists: Until you unsubscribe
Organizational Contracts: Duration of service agreement plus 7 years for legal/accounting purposes
